IF YOU PURCHASE A NEW COMPUTER THROUGH BAILOY, WITH A NEW SYSTEM OR PART OF AN UPGRADE, YOU WILL BE OFFERED THE ADDITIONAL OPTION OF TAKING OUT A COMPUTER HARDWARE COVER AGREEMENT.

If your GTI computer develops an issue, a Bailoy technician will endeavour to fix the problem by phone or remote access so you are back up and running as soon as possible.

If the technician is unable to fix the fault, a replacement computer, monitor or peripheral item will be shipped according to the terms of the support agreement.
